These are a very small size 4. I thought they might loosen off, being suede however I wore them for the first time yesterday and they are so uncomfortable. I would return them if I could. They are not particularly narrow yet pinch tightly across the toes. My feet were in agony after just a few hours of wear - most of it spent seated. I couldn't recommend these at all.
