I'm very pleased with the comfort and insole arch support of these booties. They're fashionable, fun, and perfect for travel. I bought them for city walking in cool, rainy climate. I sure they're going to work out great with a little waterproofing! I'm wearing them around the house and work to break them in, but I don't really need to--they're that comfortable! Also, they come up high enough to support the ankles well. I seriously twisted my ankle several years ago, and I still have occasional trouble walking distances on uneven terrain. I've found that wearing a higher bootie provides that extra support, so I don't need the added layer of an uncomfortable ankle brace.
