I am a wildlife photographer. A couple weeks ago, I forgot my rain boots, I had to walked into an ankle-high mud field this pair of boots. It did not fail me, my feet was dry. Easily to rinse off. My only issue was it was not insulted and my feet were very cold. No-fault to the product, it has clearly not winter shoes.I got these for my girlfriend for christmas and she loves them! Very comfortable and sturdy. She's normally a nine in these type of shoes, and the 8.5 have plenty of room, so she says they run a bit large.
